Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders $100 or more! All orders placed Monday through Friday will be packaged and shipped within 2-3 business days of the order. It typically takes 5-7 business days to receive your order.

•  During sale periods, processing time for standard shipping may be delayed due to an influx in orders

Returns

Our policy last 2 weeks (14 days). Once you receive your item you have two weeks to try it out. If there is a reason you feel it doesn't work for you, then place item(s) in the mail and have it shipped back to us. We must receive that item within the two weeks. If two weeks have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

Please email us at Countylinetrendsboutique@gmail.com to let us know you will be returning, and to receive a return  address. 

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags attached .
•  This does not include the cost of shipping.

• All accessories including under garments and shoes are final sale 

• Credit at Countyline Trends Boutique  (if applicable)
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your credit.

Please be aware that: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
